As President of the Fir Ek Prayas Trust,I believe that the Trust's mission is to support local communities to grow, maintain and conserve the Alternate sourse of natural energy and it supports our environment and future generations to enjoy. Social work grew out of humanitarian and democratic ideals, and its values are based on respect for the equality, worth,and dignity of all people. Since it’s a beginning of FIR EK PRAYAS TRUST our work practice has focused on meeting human needs and developing human potential. Human rights and social justice serve as the motivation and justification for our social work action. Me as a house wife, Social worker as well as a business-women by profession still I addresses and faces the barriers, inequities and injustices that exist in society. Our mission is to help people to develop their full potential and enrich their lives . Our team are Professional social work we focused on problem solving and challenges.
